Tee Up Indoor Golf is looking for a creative, motivated, and golf-loving individual to join our team as a Social Media Intern (formal or informal)
Since opening in May 2026, Tee Up has been committed to providing a welcoming environment where golfers of all skill levels can practice, improve, connect, and enjoy the game year-round. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for golf improvement and is excited to help grow our presence throughout the Treasure Valley.
OPPORTUNITY
You'll take an active role in developing Tee Up's social media presence, creating engaging content, connecting with local golfers, and inspiring people to come experience our facility. We're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, takes initiative, and understands how to turn great content into meaningful community engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and publish a goal of 5 posts per week on Instagram and Facebook.
Post engaging Stories throughout the week highlighting golf tips, facility activities, events, promotions, and community moments.
Develop creative strategies to increase followers, engagement, brand awareness, and visits to Tee Up.
Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos showcasing the Tee Up experience.
Promote upcoming events, announcements, and opportunities for local golfers to get involved.
Engage with followers through comments, messages, polls, and interactive content.
Participate in weekly team meetings to stay informed, share ideas, and coordinate upcoming content.
Track social media performance and identify opportunities for continued growth.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A marketing or business-minded talent with an interest in sports or the game of golf and helping others improve.
Proficient in Instagram and Facebook, including Reels, Stories, photography, and video editing. The right person will possess the necessary equipment for sound and video.
Creative and strategic, with ideas for attracting and engaging golfers throughout the Treasure Valley.
Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and consistent with content creation.
A positive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects.
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with our team.
A community-minded individual who enjoys connecting with people and promoting the game of golf.
